College students enjoying a little exercise during PE Class
Mandatory physical conditioning classes were common for college freshmen until the mid 1970's. Judging by the sweaty armpit of the student in the foreground it looks like they are getting a good workout. With the additional squad doing exercises in the background, this would probably make for a crowded shower room at the end of class.
